Log in to the game > "Menu" at the top right of your Home Screen > Account Link > "Remove" > then select a method of removing your account.


*Caution: If you try to remove an account that has not been linked already and accidentally erase your game data, you cannot recover the lost data.

Tell me how to play the game on another device.

You must link your account to transfer your game data to another device.
After linking your account with the game data that you would like to keep, follow these steps on the device you would like to play on.


Follow these steps to transfer your account.

Title Screen > "Menu" at the top right > "Account Transfer".


Caution: If there is any existing game data on the device you are transferring to, the data on that device will be overwritten.

The game did not show me the results of my Wish.

"Menu" at the top right of your Home Screen > Wish History.

The game feels slow / I can't log in.

Try following these steps to alleviate your issues.


Completely quit out of the game and start it again.

Some issues may resolve themselves with a restart.


Reboot your device.

Some issues may resolve themselves with a device reboot.


Check your communication environment.

If you are on Wi-Fi, make sure you have sufficient signal strength and that your signal is not getting cut out.

If you are using 4G, LTE, or 5G data, make sure you you have not reached your data use limit.


Quit out of all other applications.

Quitting out of all other applications may improve performance when playing this game.

Especially for Android devices, apps that are running in the background may cause performance issues. Please confirm that there are no background apps currently running.


See if you have enough storage on your device.

There is a possibility you are running low on storage space on your device.

Go into your system settings to confirm.


Repair app data.

Go to Title Screen > "Menu" at the top left, and Repair App Data.

*This will not erase any current play data.


Reinstall the game.

After linking your account, delete the game from your device and reinstall it. Then, log in to your account. This may resolve some issues.

My game download won't get past 0%.

We have received reports of some players' game launchers not moving past 0% downloaded.


Download processes should be operating correctly. Please leave your device for a few minutes, as this may allow it to get past 0%.

An update to the game is quite large.

We have received reports from players that their update files are large.


As the update is replacing your game data, you will not lose the entire amount of the update from your device's storage capacity.
We are working hard to keep update sizes down.

Story data downloads while playing the game are large.

Story data that are downloaded during gameplay are automatically removed when the app is updated next.


Follow these steps if you would like to resolve this issue immediately.

End the game task and restart the game. This may resolve your issue.

*The process of ending the game task differs depending on your device.
